Territories are now available in Queensland, New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Western Australia and the Northern Territory. We seek individuals with impeccable character, excellent communication and customer service skills to develop their own successful Mortgage Refunds™ business. All approved applicants must complete Certificate IV in Financial Services - Finance and Mortgage Broking. On completion of the initial course all brokers are provided with extensive head office support and assistance to complete lender accreditations and develop a better understanding of the Australian home loan market. Mortgage Refunds™ is affiliated with the Australian Finance Group http://www.afgonline.com.au/afg_frontend/index.aspx ranked number one wholesaler of mortgage finance products in Australia and in the top three wholesalers in the world. Through this affiliation Mortgage Refunds™ brokers receive specialist research, training and compliance from the industry leaders.

Qualifications and background required:
No experience necessary however a sales or customer service background would be an advantage. It is vital that new franchisees are capable of providing outstanding customer service at all times.
